A panel conversation facilitated by DC APA FF Board Members Neel Saxena, Christian Oh, and Dee Sanae. Guest speakers will be exploring historical and contemporary Asian American & Black solidarity. The panel will contribute to changing the narrative about the two communities and share the narratives not included in our history books and public discourse. Panelists will also share the role arts and film play in connecting and uplifting these connections between the communities and address how the Asian American and Black communities have been pitted against each other.
